  • Managed account creation and lifecycle handling
  • Role-aware permissions and profile verification markers
  • Session controls and authentication checks
  • Suspension or revocation for policy violations or security risk

3. Logging and Auditability

Workarea maintains audit and activity visibility for operational and security reasons. This can include:

  • Authentication and session events
  • Mailbox and account action history
  • System status and resource monitoring records
  • Support and administrative intervention logs

4. Data Handling and Retention

Operational and personal data are processed according to business necessity, legal obligations, and security requirements. Retention periods are aligned to platform operations, support records, and incident investigation needs.

5. Acceptable Use Enforcement

We enforce standards against abuse, unauthorized access attempts, phishing, malware distribution, and misuse of communication tools. Detected violations may lead to access limitations, suspension, or further review.
