These Terms govern your use of Forbenext Workarea, including the public website, signup request forms, and secured workspace features such as Mail, Drive storage, Docs, Audit Logs, Notes, Resources, and connected productivity services.

2. Access and Accounts

Workarea access is request-based and may require review by the IT Department. When an account is approved, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration and profile information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity performed under your account
• Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Workarea only for lawful and authorized business or personal productivity use. You must not:

• Send malware, phishing content, spam, or harmful automation
• Attempt to bypass security, encryption, or access controls
• Interfere with service performance or availability
• Use the platform to violate third-party rights or applicable law

4. Security and Monitoring

To protect users and systems, Workarea may use security logging, operational monitoring, and audit trails (including account actions and system events). This supports incident response, abuse prevention, and platform reliability.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep services available and secure, but outages, maintenance windows, or technical interruptions may occur. Features, plans, and platform capabilities may be updated, added, or retired to improve security and performance.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, interface design, software logic, and service materials belong to Forbenext Group or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or republish platform code or proprietary content except where explicitly allowed in writing.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if activity creates security risk, or where required by law. You may also request account closure through official support channels.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

Workarea is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forbenext Group disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service use, interruption, or misuse.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when services, legal requirements, or security practices change. Continued use of Workarea after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
